Returns

- Proof of purchase is required
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- To start a return, please contact us before sending any item back.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

- Used or worn products
- Hygiene-related items (e.g. body shapers, undergarments)
- Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.


International Orders
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
